Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other privacy regulations.

Important: We Don't Sell Your Data

iReadPDF does not sell personal information to third parties. However, we provide this opt-out mechanism to ensure full compliance with CCPA and to give you complete control over your privacy preferences.

Your Rights Under CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information:

  • Right to Know: You can request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the "sale" of your personal information
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You won't receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights

What Information We Share

While iReadPDF does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, under CCPA's broad definition of "sale," certain data sharing with third-party service providers may qualify. This includes:

  • Analytics Data: Anonymized usage data shared with analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Advertising Data: If you consent to advertising cookies, data may be shared with ad networks
  • Payment Processing: Payment information shared with Stripe for transaction processing

Note: Your PDF files are never uploaded, shared, or sold. All document processing happens entirely in your browser.

Opt-Out of Data Sharing

Use the controls below to manage your privacy preferences. These settings apply to data sharing that may constitute a "sale" under CCPA.
